Heather and Igor, a delightful San Francisco couple, embarked on a journey to find the perfect venue. When they reached out to me, I couldn't contain my excitement, knowing that Burrell School offered the ideal combination of woods and vineyards, creating a picturesque setting for their celebration.
Burrell School Vineyards + Winery in the heart of the Santa Cruz Mountains—a place that would set the stage for a truly magical wedding experience. This unique winery, originally a schoolhouse dating back to 1854, exuded charm and character, providing the perfect backdrop for a summer wedding party.
The wedding's vibe was set to be chill and relaxed, with an emphasis on fun and interactivity. The couple wanted boujiee in the woods and I think we achieved it. Amy West Florals created a beautiful bride’s bouquet and supplied vibrant and colorful dahlias of rich burgundy, oranges, and yellows. Our team arranged the flowers onsite.
The standing ceremony took place in the blooming rose garden, radiating joy and laughter. Kanoa, from Eyeconik Media skillfully captured every moment, preserving the timeless memories of laughs, tears and smiles.
The celebration continued with cocktail hour in the rose garden, followed by a dinner with spectacular views of the vineyard and the Santa Cruz Mountains from the veranda. And it ended with dancing the night away on the crush pad. DJ Super T kept the party going, ensuring the dance floor was alive with energy throughout the night.
Picnic blankets and cushions were scattered across the vineyard, creating cozy spots for guests to enjoy games like cornhole during the cocktail hour. The atmosphere was lively, reflecting the couple's desire to make the celebration memorable for everyone.
Stacey in the Mix crafted a beautiful woodsy wedding cake, while Mark and his team from Affordable Chef Catering delighted guests with mouthwatering tri-tip, salmon, and more.
The success of this unforgettable day was not achieved alone—Party On played a crucial role in planning, day-of coordination, wedding rentals and decor setup. With our expertise, Heather and Igor's vision seamlessly came to life, creating a wedding that was not only beautiful but also a true reflection of the couple's personality and style.
